Technically a loan amount over the conventional guidelines of $417,000 is considered a Jumbo Loan in the State of Oklahoma.  Today Lending Offers Jumbo Loans to well qualified borrowers with credit Score down to 680.  Interest rates on average run .5% to 1% over our conventional rates.  Jumbo Loans are offered on fixed or variable interest rates depending on your comfort level.  The biggest question we receive is “what percent down we require to be put down?”  If you are refinancing your current loan we require 90% LTV.  If you are purchasing and have a credit score over 740 the min. requirement is 10% down as well.  If your score is lower, we still have options.  Please call Chris Davenport to run your scenario by me 918-388-9719.
