Document Checklist

In order to expedite your mortgage process, please provide the following documentation.

Checked if required

Copy of driver’s license and SSN Card(s).

Last two (2) current pay stubs for all borrowers, at least 1 month.

Last two (2) years of  W-2’s or 1099 Forms for all borrowers.

Last two (2) years of Federal 1040 Tax Returns with all schedules.

Please sign and date page 2 of the 1040’s.

Last two (2) months of Bank Statements with all pages.

 We need all of the pages of the bank statements that are mailed to you.

If you don’t get statements by mail, you can get the pdf version of the mailed statements online. Sorry, but screen shots are not good enough.

The other option is to go the bank and have the teller print, stamp, and sign a 60 day account history for each account. This will replace the mailed bank statements.

Current mortgage payment coupon.

Home Owners Insurance Agent’s name and phone number.

CDIB Card and Enrollment Card, if applying for Native American Loan.

Final Divorce Decree or Child Support Order, if applicable.

Other Documents: Save all future pay stubs and bank statements.
