VA  Loans: Benefits Include 100% Financing for all purchases.  No Monthly PMI and  underwriting that fits most Veteran’s mortgage home loan needs.

FHA  Loans: We use common since underwriting with FHA.  We look for reestablished history for 1 year.  If you have had a bankruptcy discharged for 2 years is eligible to purchase or refinance a new home.

USDA Rural Loans: USDA covers a wide area.  Basically towns under 20k population qualify for this program.  100% financing available with credit scores down to 620.
